Over the last year the Arc sometimes loses sound.  If I unplug the HDMI, sounds comes on the tv.  I have to unplug and reset the Arc to get it to working again.  Now this is happening atleast twice a week.  Anyone having this issue and a resolution?

1 touch play is on.  Turned on just now and no sound.  Really disappointing.  Definitely not recommend Sonos due to these issues

Turn 1-touch play OFF.

What model TV do you have? Do you have any other devices connected to the TV? Be sure to use the HDMI cable that came with the Arc.

It is a few years old  Samsung.  I will have to check the model at lunch.  I am using the supplied Arc hdmi.  Only Roku Ultra connected (do not use apps on tv)

Samsung model QN65Q8DTAFXZA - Sonos plugged in to Tv eArc via Sonos supplied HDMI cable, and Roku to HDMI on Tv.  Samsung sound for eArc set to Auto. Samsung output audio set to Pass Through.  Roku audio set to auto

The Roku could be causing CEC interference. Look for a CEC setting on the Roku and disable this setting. If you can’t find it, it might be under Control other devices > 1-touch play.

Loaded Hulu through app on tv and stop no sound.  Definitely a Sonos issue

That appears to have worked.  Thanks for the help!  Back to loving my Sonos again.
