My Arc works just fine. It is hardwired to my AV distribution center in the basement, along with 5 amps for different zones.  The HDMI interface on my Samsung Frame TV works flawlessly.

The Problem: ARC refuses to pair with the app. Every single other speaker, amp, MOVE, and random S1s I have around the house all paired long ago, and work perfectly.

whats the deal!?  How do I fix??

Avid Sonos user, so please assume I’ve done all the typical troubleshooting (unplugs, updates, etc).

Can you perhaps provide a bit more detail - is the Sonos Arc a device that you’ve setup with the Sonos App previously and now it’s not being ‘discovered’ by your App? Is it wired to the LAN, or operating wirelessly (either on WiFi, or is it using SonosNet?) - Does the router/DHCP server show it has been allocated an IP address?

Or is this a first-time setup of the Arc - if so what is its Status LED showing?

If it’s merely a ‘device discovery’ issue whilst using SSDP/mDNS, then might it be using a different WiFi access point/extender that’s not working with multicast discovery, or if wired, are there any managed switches involved with its connection to the LAN?

Did you disable the internal radio?

Sonos has that. Mislabeled as Disable Wi-Fi in the App.
