My Arc and surround was working totally fine up until today. Audio comes through mybTV just fine but not my Arc. I know it’s detecting the Arc because when I turn up the volume on my Roku remote it registers as Sonos (optical) but no sound comes through. Any ideas?

 

What specific model is your TV?


It’s a Samsung Q70t 85”


Your TV is equipped with HDMI eARC. Why are you using the TV’s optical port rather than the eARC port to connect the Arc? Did you experience problems with the eARC connection?
