Arc loses connection

Sonos Arc loses network connection daily and sub won't connect at all.  Says "needs update" on the app and then won't complete the update with just "something went wrong' message.

Update it using the desktop Sonos app for Windows or Mac (Google the link to download from Sonos website). It should work well from there.
