Curious if anyone has setup 3 ARC’s in an LCR configuration and / or if it’s possible

It isn’t possible. Sonos software wouldn’t allow three separate disparate speakers. There is already LCR set up in a single Arc. You can’t even use an Arc as a single channel, at worst it acts as a stereo speaker.
