It’s been 4 months that I am facing this problem.
When I factory reset my ARC and SUB and connect to the new wifi through the SONOS app, the app says the devices are connected. But I do not see the devices on my app. See the snapshots.
I have reached out to support and they told me to do a hard wire connection to the router. I did that too and still nothing.
Because of this, I am not able to tune the devices to my new home set up.
This is really frustrating.
Any help?
