Hi Sonos Community... Been frustrated for a few weeks... I have an Arc soundbar and Sub. The soundbar works great, although the sub does not work.
The sub is connected to my WiFi network (same as the arc). WiFi is enabled on the arc settings.
I've deleted, added and redeleted the sub from the system. Have also reset both the arc, sub and my internet network multiple times.
Getting through to sonos via phone is Impossible.
Any solutions?
