Arc and Pioneer Plasma monitor

I have a Pionner Plasma Pro-FHD1 which is a 1080p monitor, no tuner, 2 HDMI inputs and obviously no apps as this is a 2006 monitor. There are no audio outputs except for speakers which can be attached to the monitor. I would like to use a fire tv stick or apple tv directly into the Arc, then the Arc output to the monitor for video. Does anyone know if this is possible?
