When connecting the new arc works with radio cannot get the doing through tv ( Sony Bravia)

Make sure CEC and ARC/eARC are turned on in the Sony’s menu.
Where is the Sony menu we have tried everything, it must be something simple. We gave had the sonos system for years. Thank you

Look for a setting on the TV called Bravia Sync and turn it on. Disconnect the Arc from the TV and then run TV Setup under the Arc’s settings in the Sonos app. Follow the instructions in the app. Also be sure to use the HDMI cable that came with the Arc.
