Hello,

 

Having an issue with a couple of subwoofer Power Supplies.  Same issue on both.  Problem is on the secondary side.  PM me for details please if you know anything about these.

Hi @jpotts, welcome to the Sonos community and for letting us know about your concern. To help you out with this, can you provide more details about the issue with your Sub. Is it not showing in the Sonos app but powered on? What’s the LED light status? Is it solid white? We’d appreciate it if you can tell us more about it and the steps you have done so far to check on the issue. If you need help with any other information, please be sure to let us know.
