A pairing problem between Sub Mini and Playbar

Dear All,

I just bought a Sub Mini ans tried to connect it with my Playbar on OS S2 (material version : 1.9.1.10-2.0). But I have an error message "A problem occured when adding your Sub Mini"

The Sub is connected to my app, and it works when I connect it to my 2 Play:1.

Could you please help me?

Is the Playbar wired or is it using Wi-Fi?

Do you have any surrounds attached to the Playbar?

If not, can you try adding your Play:1s as surrounds to see if they connect to the Playbar.

Try unplugging the the Playbar from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router and phone. Also be sure Wifi is enabled on the Playbar in the Sonos app.

Hello Mr.T,

My Playbar uses Wi-Fi.

I didn’t have surrounds attached to this Playbar. So I tried to attach my 2 Play:1 to the Playbar, and it worked.

So 3rd step, I tried again to connect the Sub Mini to the Playbar, still with surrounds, and it worked!!!

4th step, I disconnected surrounds from Playbar and Sub Mini continues to work with the Playbar. 

So thanks for your answer. I don’t understand why it works now, but that works.
