I have 2 home theatre set ups. 1 in basement with Sonos arc, Sonos sub and 2 era100s. The other is the family room with sonos soundbar and Sonos sub. Can a different show/movie be watched in each zone at same time with Sonos sound ?

Yes, it can. Each ‘home theater’ setup will play the TV’s input from the TV it is connected to.
