I have a Sonos Arc + Sub Gen 3 + 2 SL One system. Post updating to 14.18 and retuning Trueplay, the following EQ settings seem to work for me. It will be good to know the settings that worked for you (to try experimenting!)
Bass +3
Treble -3
TV Level 0
Music Level 0
Music Playback FULL
Sub +2
Height +4
Loudness ON
Trueplay ON
Night Sound OFF
Speech Enhancement OFF

These are mine, I tried Peter Pee’s settings and I just can't get on with them, in particular speech enhancement, interested to hear others thoughts on his settings and speech enhancement.
Mine with 14.18 ARC and SUB gen3
Trueplay ON
Treble +2
Bass -1
Sub audio -2
Height +4
Loudness ON
Speech Enhancement OFF
Nightsound OFF ( I use this occasionally when late)
