What are my options fixing audio delay now that Sonos Arc doesnt have Optical Input?

I am now facing the much discussed issue of audio lag on Xbox One and PS4 using DD 5.1 and Atmos when playing to Sonos products via TV ARC on a LG C7.

I read online the current work around to this issue is to connect XBO/PS4 to playbar/ beam with optical cable to get the 5.1. This is probably why both LG and Sonos stopped looking at this issue.

As the Sonos Arc removed optical and only support ARC, what are my options now?, do I have to return the Sonos Arc?

    Or you could just connect to the TV optical output for everything.  

    But then Dolby Digital+ and Atmos will not work, which is a main feature of the Arc.

    Change the TV.
