Volume display on TV connected to Beam

Just got my new lovely Beam connected to my Samsung TV but rather than displaying numbers when adjusting volume all you get is ‘Receiver HDMI’ with a + or - . For me this is no problem but for our autistic daughter it’s a huge impact because she needs visual markers when she’s watching a screen - it’s part of her systems and regulation.
I’m really hoping there’s a fix or something I’m missing!

    Hi - running into the same issue here. I’d love to not have that display pop up each time I adjust the volume.

    Its the TV that generates that display, obviously, suggest asking Samsung.
