vocal through surround speakers 5.1 DD

Hi all, hope someone can answer a question , I'm watching channel 5 , and the app is showing as DD 5.1 but all talking comes out of the surround speakers too , if I put on sky movies then the talking comes from the beam and not the surround speakers , I thought talking wouldn't come from the surrounds using DD 5.1 but it does on channel 5 ....

It’s the encoding from ChanneI 5. Nothing Sonos can do to correct/adjust the source signal. You might try lowering the surround level when watching Channel 5 or better yet…TruePlay the room with an iOS device to see if that corrects the issue.

Im just making sure nothing is wrong with my Sonos , so basically it's channel 5 doing it , like I say sky movies in 5.1 is fine , thanks
