Using bluetooth headphones with a Playbar
How can i use bluetooth headphones with a Playbar so, while watching TV, the audio goes only to the headphones and does not play through the Playbar?

They'd need to be connected to something other than the Sonos. Sonos doesn't support Bluetooth connections.
