Does anybody know what the upfiring drivers in the Arc do, (if anything), with a stereo or 5.1 signal?

Hi. Thanks for your response. Could I ask, how do you know this?
Because I have yet to hear any audio playing from the upward firing drivers when watching non-Dolby Atmos content.
