Has anybody tried out the combination LG 75sj955v and Playbar. Does the optical output of the TV has all capabilities for running the Playbar with all sound features?
is there a list of compatible TV's?

Yes I have the same configuration, the opti wire is quick and simple hook up and there is about 3 set ups:
Tv and playbar; playbar/(additional sonos)only; tv only.
I kept mine on just the playbar and it sounds amazing! Hope this helps.
