Have beam connected to LG tv through arc.

we’ll be watching tv and sound is coming through beam and will just randomly switch sound to TV without warning. The volume drops down, so we have to turn it up, and then it’ll eventually just switch back to the beam and become really loud.

have tried multiple cables and only conclusion is tv or the beam.

 

Anyone else had this issue?

Which model TV? Is its firmware up to date?


I HAD THIS PROBLEM with an Arc. It is due to failed setup of your Beam.  I had several calls to Sonos before they helped me figure it out. Start from scratch with your Beam setup and if that doesn’t work then have Sonos help you through the setup.  I wasted money on a new cable too but it’s not a cable problem.
