Hi,
I am using an Arc with two rear Symfonisks. I was trying to play music through the arc when it disappeared from the app. I rebooted it and it came back but lost the trueplay tuning and I havent got an iOS device. Any chance the tuning is saved somewhere and I can get it back or do I need to tune it again?

More than likely it is lost. You could check the iOS device that you originally performed the Trueplay tuning with.
