I can’t do the trueplay of my system. It keep coming out this trueplay problem page. Let me know what should I do. I have Arc+(2)Era 100 and (1)sub. 
 

 

Try unplugging the Arc from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router and phone. Also make your room as quiet as possible, remove your phone case, and make sure the mics on the phone are clear of any debris.


Try starting in different positions in your room.
