Trouble connecting Sony Bravia to Sonos Beam / Connect
My Sony Bravia has an IR Blaster port but the cable with the Sony Beam doesn't fit it, how do I connect the Beam to the TV, also then to the Connect in the same room with ceiling speakers? Thanks

+18The Sonos Beam is not supposed to be connected to the IR-blaster port, but should be connected to the HDMI-ARC port of your TV. If your TV does not have an HDMI-ARC port, you can use the supplied adapter to connect to an optical cable to your TV. You can then group the Beam with the Connect (Connect Amp I suppose since you’re referring to in ceiling speakers. You may experience lip sync problems with this set up though.
