Surround Speakers Not Playing Sound from Youtube, Google Play Music, Pandora

My new surrounds sound great with Movies, however they produce no sound when streaming from Youtube, Pandora, or Google Play Music. 

I have not been able to find a work around. Any suggestions? 

My Setup:
Sonos Arc
Sonos Sub (Gen 2) 
Sonos One
Sonos One SL ​​​​​​​

Open the controller, go to Settings>System>(Room name for Arc)>Surround Audio and set Music Playback to Full, rather than Ambient.
