Surround Sound Decoding on AMP

I know that this is an age-old SONOS question. But, this is a new device and I am hoping.

Can the new AMP handle DTS from my Blu-Ray player?

Can the new AMP handle HDMI Audio: up to 7.1ch/192kHz PCM, up to 5.1ch DSD, Bitstream. This is from DVD-Audio and/or SACD player. (OPPO UDP-203)

Thanks
