Hello,

My Sonos Arc until Now,Respond perfectly to my LG oled gx Magic Remote Control.

Why it Stop Working Suddenly,Without touching/changing Nothing?

Please help Me.

Have you tried toggling ‘off/on’ IR control in the Arc Room Settings and whilst there in the Sonos App also setting-up the remote again?

Is the Arc setup with the manufacturer showing as ‘Sonos’ in the LG Device Connector HDMI-2 eARC Port?

You are perhaps best to submit a Sonos system diagnostic after trying the ‘TV remote’ and post the diagnostic reference number back here and then chat/call Sonos Support via this LINK.

Hope you get it sorted.

There are some Sonos staff about here, but it’s mainly a user-community - you may get more info. and fast-attention, if you perhaps chat direct to support online via the chat link shown in my previous post.

You can try the forum search facility to see if there are any other similar threads, or maybe ‘Google’ the issue if you prefer to do that, but my thoughts are you are probably best to discuss the matter with the Sonos Support Staff. They are the experts and have tools that can check your Arc, aswell as them having access to your earlier diagnostic report.
