Hey Guys

I just noticed today that Living Room Sub really rattles as if something is loose at 30hz, its only just out of warranty by 3 months.

Can anything be done?

Just spoke to a nice guy via the supprt chat who could only offer me a 30% discount due to UK warranty being 2 ywars, not gonna lie i am not very

 impressed at that, i am only 3 months out of warranty and would had expected more from a £700 Sub.

he said to cantact rhe guys via the phone on Monday but if i am offered the same there i will certainly reconsider my set up which currently consists of 14 speakers and a Boost. 

i have read about the great customer service from Sonos and i am really hopeful that i will recieve it in my hour of need.
