Sound slightly out of sync

I have a new Sonos One and Arc. I noticed that when I am watching TV, particularly a show I have recorded, that the timing of the sound is off slightly, meaning their lips are moving but the talking sound coming out of the Song is off. This doesn't seem to happen if I am watching Netflix, only my TV.

Sounds like an issue in the TV’s electronics, where an HDMI input is delayed, but a built in app’s sound is not. I’d double check to ensure your TV’s software is up to date.

Note that if there is only one Sonos One, and its room is grouped with the Arc, there should always be a slight delay of around 75ms between the two rooms, sometimes more. It should not depend on what you’re watching, it should be there on any TV source, but not there when streaming from other sources (non-TV)
