I have changed my tv and before I used to be able to control the surround sound setup by one slide control, now it seems to be in 2. The paired speakers and then the beam and sub. Also it mentions on the help part of the app to setup by selecting home theatre, I cannot find that on the app.

Have you tried removing and re-adding surrounds on the Sonos app? How about force closing the Sonos app on your mobile device?
