I have an Arc, 2 OneSL's and 2 Gen3 Subs as a home theater. I completely understand that I can increase the Subs output with the S2 Sub volume slider. What I don't grasp is the purpose of the S2 apps bass eq and its effects on the Subs. Do I use it if I want to boost bass to the Subs? Or do I leave it a zero? I really can't wrap my head around its purpose when the Subs have a separate volume/output slider. At first I assumed that the S2 eq was only for the Arc if Subs were part of the system. Please help and sorry for the rant.
