Sonos In ceiling fading in and out

I have a Sonos Arc, Sub, Amp and two Sonos Architectural in ceiling speakers.  The in ceiling speakers fade in and out while listening to Apple TV.  I submitted diagnostic 757412537.  I checked TV settings which is Sony X800H, which seem correct to me.

Any suggestions appreciated,

Welcome to the Sonos community and thanks for reaching out to us. This is an odd behavior but thanks for submitting a diagnostic. Let me help you out.

Based on the provided diagnostic, The Wifi feature on the Sonos Amp is disabled. the Wifi feature of the Sonos Amp needs to be enabled as it cannot directly communicate to the Sonos Arc if the Wifi feature is disabled. On the Sonos App, Please go to settings » system » Sonos Arc » Amp » Enable Wifi. I would also like to recommend the guide on how to properly set up the Sonos Amp if added as surrounds. Just to add (not included on the guide), we may also want to consider making all of them run wirelessly connected to your home Wifi Network.
