Sonos Beam won't turn off with TV
My Beam continues to play the audio from the TV after shutting it off with the cable box/TiVo remote. I have it connected via the optical cable into my cable box. I have to either manually volume down on the beam or use the app to mute it. Any ideas?

Your cable box isn’t turning off, so it is continuing to send sound to the Beam. If you connect the Beam to the TV instead,it will stop playing sound when you turn off the TV.
