I turn on the tv connected via hdmi to sonos beam 2 in dolby configuration with 2 ikea synphonisk. everything works perfectly but after about 15/20 minutes the audio stops for 20 seconds, after 20/30 minutes it fixes the problem again, then it doesn't do it again. the problem occurs with and without the ikea satellites connected, i tried to shut down the system, i updated the system to the latest version but the problem is always present.

Could you try to set the TV to just use ARC, not eARC to see if that helps?

Hi @Darksi

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Please try removing power from your TV for at least 2 minutes - this restarts the TV’s software in a way that Standby does not.

I hope this helps.
