Sonos Arc with 4K HDMI splitter instead of HDfury Arcana

Hi all,

I have heard all about HDfury Arcana. I have an old Samsung TV from 2013 with Sonos Arc + Sub + 2 Ones SL. I am looking to push Dolby Atmos out from the setup.

Arcana is good, but expensive. Am looking at a 4K HDCP compliant HDMI splitter (not HDMI switch) to split the source to 2 HDMI out, one for TV, one for Arc.

Can this work? Thank you in advance.

No, this will not work. If it did, the Arcana wouldn’t exist.
