You should call Sonos support to get the shipping details
Sonos support don't exist in Taiwan, Sonos don't have a distributor in Taiwan, this is why I have problems getting Sonos kit in Taiwan!
The shipping box dimensions are 131 x 20 x 19 cm with an approximate weight of 10kg (5.9kg for Arc Ultra according to product page and approx 4kg for weight of empty shipping box)
