Hello,

 

My Sonos Arc is stuttering each time that i take the TV (Samsung the Frame 2019) out of its Standby ( Art Mode). Every time that this happens i need to go to the settings and cycle atmos compatability on/off then it works.

Do you maybe have solution for this problem ?

 

I did submit a sonos diagnostics report my report number is 1745805740

Hi @striker_133 

The fact that you cycling your settings in the TV menu suggestion the TV is washing it’s memory settings  after going into standby. The cycling of your settings is merely re-establishing the handshake between your TV and the Arc. I’d look for an update in the TV’s menu and/or contact Samsung tech support.
