When my arc is left muted for several minutes, the volume will not come back on using my remote (Harmony). I have to press the mute button on the arc itself to return the volume. However, if it’s muted for just for a couple minutes or less, the remote mutes on/off just fine. Any thoughts?

After it has been muted for several minutes, if you press volume up on your Harmony remote, do you get the same result?
Yes, even if I press the volume buttons or the mute button...the system stay’s muted. The only way to take it off mute is to physically press the button on the arc. Then everything works fine again. Very odd.
