My Sonos audio was skipping every few seconds so I reviewed all the blogs and tried to solve without success.  I went into the Samsung TV expert settings and solved the audio skipping by shutting off HDMI eArc Mode (see pic below).

I am sorry to hear you were experiencing audio interruptions with your Sonos Arc, but I’m glad you’ve resolved it by disabling the HDMI e-Arc from your TV settings.

What type of content were you watching/listening to when the audio skipping happened?

If it occurs again, please Submit Diagnostics within 10 minutes and contact our Support Team for live troubleshooting.

The audio skipped when watching any streaming content, YouTube, Firestick, etc .  I'm just glad I figured it out and have my Sonos system performing amazing again.
