Sonos Arc - Quiet with Samsung TV

I got Samsung QE65QN85A paired with new ARC. I have to set the volume at around 60% for a normal listening.

Is it normal for the arc? my previous samsung soundbar was much louder.

It seems that some prefer to have more granularity in the lower areas of the volume curve:

The overall volume-range though should still be available …and bear in mind that Sonos have to cater for every modern make/model of TV that’s out there and I guess they all must vary when it comes to their volume output over HDMI/Optical.. In the case of our LG TV, a Sonos volume slider level of 35% is adequate for the Sonos Arc in our Living Room area.

What's the problem? Is it that de Arc cannot go loud enough of just that you see something different displayed?
