I’m not able to connect my new Sonos Arc with the S2 app.
Details of my setup:
- I have 2x One SLs setup as a stereo pair
- All devices connected by WiFi
- My router is a BT Hub 6A (BT Smart Hub 6)
- No WiFi Extenders
- Using iPhone XS Max for controller
My Arc is detected, I press the sync button and it just fails to connect.
Things I’ve tried already:
- Connecting directly to router via Ethernet
- Factory Reset
- Reinstall S2 app on iPhone
Is there anything else I should try?
