I have had my Sonos Arc for over 3 years and had no problems. The Arc mute light randomly decided to switch on and is now stuck on the mute light, and has been for the past two weeks. I have tried everything to fix it. I have disconnected all the power, inlcuding my tv and left it for two days, plugged everything back in, and the mute light comes straight back on. I have tried doing a factory reset on the device by holding the back button while plugging in the plug/cable, but again the mute lights comes straight back on. I have played with settings on my LG C1 tv, I have tried turning earc on and off, have turned simplink (hdmi-cec) on and off, but the mute lights stays on, i have tried resetting network settings on my tv, have tried pressing the mute button on my tv remote, i have tried pressing the buttons on my sonos arc but no button is responsive, i am just stuck with the mute light on the arc remaining on. My sonos arc does not show in the app anymore, even though its connected to the same network as it has always been. It’s plugged in to the same Earc/arc hdmi slot that it has alwags been plugged into. Any advice would be appreciated

Turn off your router and Arc at the wall (and any other Sonos speakers).
Force close the Sonos app.
Leave for five mins. Turn the router back on and let it fully reboot.

Turn on any Sonos speakers (not the Arc) one at a time, letting each boot to white light.

Turn on the Arc and let it boot to white light. If it stays on green light after two mins, use the volume up button on the remote you use to control it to see if it goes white.

Re-open the Sonos app. Has the Arc re-appeared? If so and the light is still green on the Arc, select the Arc in the app and use the volume slider to increase the volume which should turn the light white. Ensure you’ve not tapped the mute button for the Arc (the white speaker icon to the left of the volume slider).
