per the image below, i am creating a niche to recess mount my 77” tv - the bottom of the niche will be at 25” from the floor - given the recommendation to place the Arc 4” below the bottom of the tv, am i ok to mount the Arc at ~21” from the floor or is that too low? thank you in advance for your input...

Home theater set-ups are unique and in your case are going to depend on the height of your sofa, how far from your TV you plan to sit, whether your floor is carpeted and how far out or into the wall-face your arc is sitting.
I would advise against recessing your Arc into your wall along with your TV as it may effect the sound projection from your speaker though.
