Sonos Arc and Sub - low bass

I brought home a sonos arc over the weekend. Hooked it up Saturday to a gen 2 sub and two One SL’s for surround. Everything was ok Saturday night. But, Sunday, it seems my sub has lost its bass significantly when playing music.  I usually keep my sub at 0. But, now I’m having to up that up a little. Anyone else having/had this problem? Thanks.

So we can check on this, I’ll ask you to submit a diagnostic report to investigate further what could be causing this issue. You may reply to the thread with the confirmation number to assist you with this issue.
