Sonos ARC and spotify loudness

I just received an ARC and am enjoying it but I have one nagging issue - when I play Spotify through my google TV, or directly through the sonos app, the music is very quiet. If I play it through the Xbox x Spotify app, it’s a good 20-30% louder.

 

Am I missing something? I can just use my Xbox but the google tv is what I use the most. 
 

The Xbox shows up as Dolby digital 5.1, and the other two come up as stereo pcm - could that be why it’s louder on the Xbox? I’m really at a loss.

Yes, this is the reason why it’s louder on the Xbox.

FYI… all music on Spotify is in stereo, not 5.1. So Stereo PCM audio is what you should be getting when playing music from Spotify.
