I have a sonos playbar and am considering the Arc. I have looked up and everything mentions eArc my tv is HDMI arc with I get the and difference from the arc.
my playbar is via sub and two play 1’s

You can connect the Arc to your TV’s HDMI ARC port. You just won’t be able to take advantage of the Arc’s full audio capabilities unless you add a device like the HDFury Arcana. What model TV do you have? Do you use any external media devices?
