Sonos app showing no “ arc, rear speakers or sub setup,it is showing bedroom set up,When watching tv sound from the arc is ok,but sound from rear speakers playing background music nothing to do with tv program

Have you added the speakers to the ARC room?  It sounds like you have the additional speakers set up as a different room rather than as surrounds to the ARC

It was all ok when set it up with the arc, then Sonos app said connection lost, I have had messages on tv saying hdmi12 now installed then all ok for few minutes then back to fault

Or did you use a different account to set up the Arc?

No all setup correctly 

Thanks to all tried to help, changed to channel 6 on sky Q router and touch wood it’s all OK, don’t know if this had anything to do with it but next door was sent a new router from talktalk 

All gone wrong again spoke to soon
