When connecting two rear speakers via Connect:AMP for 5.1 with a Sonos AMP for the from two channels do you have to connect an ethernet cable between the Sonos AMP and the Connect:AMP and then a second ethernet cable from the Sonos AMP to the router or switch? You can't setup a 5.1 setting with Connect AMP during the initial Sonos AMP setup for a TV setup but it does give you the option in Room Settings - Surround setup and it suggests this cabling but it words it like you are connecting to an AV receive so I just want to confirm that this is the correct setup and you need cabling between the two amps and from the Sonos AMP to the router/switch. Thanks.

Hi. Using the C:A for rear speakers requires:
1. Having a Sonos device cabled to your router so that you are in 'Sonos mesh' aka 'wired' set up. This does nor necessarily have to be either of the amps.
2. A wired path between the two amps. That could be a direct cable between the two, or by wiring both to your router or to a switch. (Obviously, if you wire both to the network you have automatically fulfilled condition 1 as well).
