My daughter just pulled the Playbar forward a few inches which made the optical cable come out.
I'm sure with other devices an optical cable clicks into place making it very hard to fall out. But with my Playbar it's always just rested in place and comes out very easily.
Is this the same with them all? Wondering if I should try a different cable.

Mine needed a firm push to insert it and very difficult to remove, are you using the Sonos supplied cable?.
+3No I bought a shorter one - Maybe that's my problem! Annoyingly I think I have thrown away the supplied one.
+17It doesn't click in as such, but you need to push quite hard and you will feel the resistance lessen as it goes in past the "fat" bit of the plug.
