Hi how’s the best way to set up 2x play 5s a soundbar and 2x2 play one sl s I seem to be getting a echo when watching tv the only way to solve it is to turn down the soundbar is there a better way ?

You can only add two surround speakers to a home theater speaker, sounds like you may have grouped the remaining speakers up?
You can adjust the Group Audio Delay in the Sonos app, by going to Settings > System > (Home Theater Room Name) > Group Audio Delay - reducing the delay does however increase the risk of audio dropping out.
