Samsung TV not linking to Beam
Had the same issue as lots of people trying to get Samsung to link to my new Beam with no luck. Read loads of solutions but finally unplugging everything from the TV except the aerial, switching off everything at the plug, plugged the Beam back into the HDMI Arc and switched the plugs back on. It had a think about it for a minute and then hey presto it worked, the sound suddenly came out the Beam. If in doubt, switch it all off and on again!

Hi there, Doyle of CI5. Thanks for sharing your fix. Hopefully, others will have similar luck!
Alas while the fix works I discovered this morning that when you turn the TV off on standby overnight it forgets it again when you turn it on again unless you turn the plug off. What the process on a fix for this as I like the speaker but can’t have it working like this.
